Greg Evans, DDS

Diplomate, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Greg started his practice in 1998. Following graduation from Loveland High School in 1985, Greg earned his bachelor's degree from Grinnell College in 1989. After two years as a research assistant in virology and marrying his high school sweetheart, Stacey (Fishell) in 1991, Greg went to dental school at the University of Iowa. He graduated with honors in 1996. Greg then completed a two year residency program at the Children's Hospital in Denver for his pediatric specialty training. He is now Fort Collins' most experienced board certified pediatric dentist.

Greg's professional interests include infant dental care and hospital dentistry. He is a Technical Advisor for the Cavity Free at Three state initiative, focusing on high risk infants and expectant mothers. He is also a founding member of the PVH Cleft Lip and Palate Team, and regularly coordinates oral care with area physicians in and out of the hospital. He currently has hospital privileges at Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies surgery center.

You will find Dr. Greg and his caring staff actively involved in the community. They are regular and ardent supporters of the area elementary schools, both financially and educationally. The team supports the school based Project Smile charity as well as the ADA Give Kids A Smile day, Colorado Mission of Mercy, Project Self Sufficiency, The Learning House, Curtis Fund and other programs aimed to help the area's children. In both 2004 and 2005, Greg received the Colorado Dental Association Service Award for this work on successfully defending community water fluoridation in Fort Collins.

Greg and Stacey have a school aged, daughter Grace, and son Lewis. Both Greg and Stacey's parents live in Fort Collins and share their blessings and child rearing. While Greg is an absolute nut about fly fishing, the Evans family enjoys time at the grandparents' cabin, fixing up the house, crafts and sampling local restaurants. Stacey worked as a professional chef and is ACF certified, but she has chosen to care for Grace and Lewis at home right now.

Jana, EFDA

Jana is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and has worked for Dr. Greg for five years. She is married to her best friend, Joe. They have two young children, Michael and Faith. In her free time, Jana enjoys spending time with her family and swimming and hiking.

Jill, Clinical Coordinator

Hi I am Jill and I am Dr. Greg's Clinical Coordinator and the Marketing Director for Big Grins. I have been with Dr. Greg since 2006 and love what I do at Big Grins. My husband Bob, has been a store manager for Albertson's for many years; we also own a business in Wellington, Colorado that keeps us extra busy. We have three kids: Stephen spent a couple of years in the Air Force and now lives in Fort Collins. Emmalie attends the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a Women's Soccer scholarship. Lindsay attends Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins. Some of my interests and hobbies are traveling to North Carolina and other parts of the country to watch Emmalie play soccer. I got to watch the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championship last year in North Carolina and watch Emmalie and her teammates win the 20th National Championship for UNC at Chapel Hill. I also enjoy reading, cooking and shopping with Lindsay, who just got her license!!!!

Carrie, Dental Assistant

Carrie graduated from Loveland High School in 2003. Following high school, she attended Front Range Community College, where she graduated in 2007 with a Dental Assistant certificate. Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend, James. She also enjoys the great outdoors, hiking, swimming and traveling.

Lori, Office Manager

Lori began working in dentistry with Dr. Greg in 2005 after working in the construction field for roughly nine years. Lori truly enjoys the dental field and appreciates Dr. Greg's compassion for kids, parents and staff. She loves playing softball as well as camping and hunting with her husband Klint and their sons, Walker and Landon.

Diana, Financial Administrator

Diana, a Colorado Native, was raised near Durango, relocating to Fort Collins about 30 years ago. She has a wonderful husband and two grown sons. All are actively involved in the livestock business. She began her dental finance career in 1991, with previous experience in banking. In her free time, Diana enjoys time with her family, livestock shows, and walking.

Brianne, Dental Assistant, EFDA

Brianne started with Dr. Greg as a dental assistant in 2003, then moved back to an office in Greeley where she gained experience with dental practice management software. She now uses her many talents greeting patient families and answering phone questions. She is our go to person for facts about our "green" office. She and her husband, Jason, had their first child in September. In her free time she enjoys camping, snowboarding and playing with her new baby

Renae, New Patient Coordinator

Renae graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts (GO RAMS!!! ) Renae and her husband Bart enjoy watching their kids: Bailyn playing arsenal soccer, Kendall participating in Irish Dance, Ava loving every minute of every day, and Bode climbing curtains and running the household. The family enjoys the outdoors and playing with their Bernese Mountain Dog, Zoey.

Brenda, Front Desk Administrator

Brenda Hagar is our front desk administrator. That's a fancy title to let you know you will be warmly greeted by Brenda as you arrive. A long time Mom in our practice, we have been trying to lure Brenda from her previous job as a para (teacher's helper) and finally have! Brenda is proud to be a Fort Collins native. Her husband (the other Greg) is a Business Manager with Snap On Tools. They have two wonderful children in high school and middle school. The family loves to fish and watch and play football. Brenda is also quite a baker, scrapbooker and board game connoisseur. The family is often found camping in the beautiful Colorado mountains with their three dogs, Sugar Spice and Chip
