Community Giving

Download our charitable giving application form.

Consistent with our Mission Statement, the Big Grins team is committed to playing a leadership role in the Fort Collins community by giving to causes central to our values and patient needs. We want you to know we will be here for your children as dental professionals but also as neighbors and role models. Since our inception, we have donated, in money and in-kind services, 10 percent of our income back to the community. We don't brag about it, but you won't find that level of giving very many other places in business. We don't want to be your typical business!

If you have a charitable cause you would like assistance with, please look over the causes we currently support; you may find we already help! We also have instituted a staff-reviewed, monthly giving schedule that will review the applications received by patient families and award money based on our values in the categories noted below.

Charity Awards:

The staff will review at their monthly business meetings applications for charitable events or causes in the following categories:

  • 5-10 year olds - up to $250 / month
  • 10-14 year olds - up to $250 / month
  • Sports teams sponsorship - up to $200 / month

High School Awards:

Three $500 scholarship awards will be given annually to deserving high school senior patients in the practice for use in higher education or vocational schooling beyond high school. More
